Dear Guest, first of all thank you for choosing Kn Columbus aparthotel to spend your leisure time, we will explain interesting information about the services and hours of the establishment, we explain as well the internal rules that we ask you to read carefully and your collaboration with them at all times.
24 hours reception:
Please follow the instructions of our staff at all times and respect the distance markings which are clearly visible, and the entrance and exit circuits of the main door, we will be delighted to assist you as soon as possible, we recommend you use a mask and the hydroalcoholic gel dispensers that you will find in the area when you think it is necessary. We will be happy to offer you the following services:
Restaurant Reservation at check-in, Sale of tickets for restaurant services, Sale Up-grade of Pension and Room, Safe Rent, Taxi Reservations, Car Rental, Wake up Service, Golf course reservations, Restaurant reservations, Electric Scooter rental, Bicycle rental, Coin sale for self-service laundry, Advice on visits to the island and places of interest, Sale of excursions and theme parks, Medical service agreement, (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and thinking about your safety; we have suspended the picnic reservation service).
We have been forced for your safety due to the COVID-19 pandemic to modify our traditional buffet service, our restaurant staff will explain how to proceed on site for a pleasant experience.

Lunch: 1st shift: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2nd shift: 2:10 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Dinner: 1st Shift: 18:30 to 19:45 2nd Shift: 20:00 to 21:15
( upon availability) In our bar hall you will be able to enjoy a wide range of drinks and some snack options, please we ask you to respect the distance markings and for reasons of safety and hygiene we will not be able to dispense drinks in a crystal format and the consumption will take place at the tables set up in the solarium area. Following, we detail the service hours:
Bar: 09:00 a.m. to 00:00 p.m.
Snacks: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Disco: 20:00 p.m. to 23:00 p.m. (Upon availability)
La Focaccia Pizzeria:
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(In case of dispensing the All-inclusive at this restaurant, the timetable will be from 08:00 to 23:00, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and bar service).
In our Pizzeria La Focaccia you will find an exquisite à la carte service at really affordable prices, here you can enjoy authentic first quality artisan Pizzas, a delicious fresh pasta made at the moment, and you will also find some options for snacks and sandwiches. (This point of sale is not included in the All-inclusive system. For all-inclusive customers who want to taste authentic Italian cuisine, they can benefit from a -25% discount on their consumption).
Pool and Solarium:
Hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have arranged the service of sunbeds in pairs and respecting the interpersonal distance for your safety. Please, it is very important that you respect this rule at all times, not being allowed to move them from the site. The sunbeds have been previously disinfected by our staff before the opening of the solarium. In order to use the sunbeds, we ask you that first contact our pool staff to ensure the proper disinfection. We remind you that it is not allowed to reserve them and also you should not leave personal stuff when leaving the solarium. We ask you to read and respect the rules for the use of the pool and solarium that you will find in each pool area, and always pay attention to the recommendations and instructions of our staff.
This service will be booked directly in the center, where you can enjoy various treatments, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a relaxation room. Hours from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
Our all-inclusive service is made up of a varied food and drink service. Meals will be served in our main restaurant or in Pizzeria la Foccacia if the main restaurant is closed (, The restaurant can change depending the season) : We will provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, by a previous reservation of shift.
The beverage service will be in our Bar Hall from 10:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m., ( this service could be enjoy in the Bar Hall or in La Focaccia restaurant if the Bar Hall is close, depends of the season), having available: water, coffee and infusions, soft drinks, juices, cocktails and alcoholic beverages. (alcoholic beverages are local brand). If you want Premium brands you can benefit from a -25% discount. Also, you can enjoy a service of snacks and ice creams during the day from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
- We remind you that the day of your departure you must leave your room free before 11:00 am.
- In order to maintain a suitable environment for all clients, we ask you to maintain a civic coexistence and do not adopt behaviors that may disturb other guests, keep a low voice tone in common areas and rooms at all times, as well as not putting music at high volumes.
- To enter in the restaurant area, make sure you have a covered torso, wear dry clothing and for safety reasons always wear footwear.
- We remind you that for hygienic-sanitary reasons it is forbidden to eat and use glass containers in the solarium area.
- Please make sure you are dry when leaving the pool area, you cannot enter in any bar area or hotel interior wet.
- Out of respect for a smoke-free area, we remind you that smoking is totally prohibited in any common area of the hotel.
- We remind you that it is forbidden to hang towels or personal stuff on the balconies of the rooms.
- We remind you that any damage caused to the hotel facilities will require the payment of the damage.
- Causing harassment to employees or hotel guests could be grounds for expulsion from the establishment.
Since your security is our security KN HOTELES has worked with enthusiasm for the creation of protocols in prevention of COVID-19 at the Hotel KN COLUMBUS that have been satisfactorily audited by BUREAU VERITAS to obtain the GLOBAL SAFE SITE certificate.
Below, we inform you of the rules and measures that the establishment has implemented to prevent any hypothetical spread of the disease in our facilities:
All our customer service staffs will access the Hotel through a specific door, passing through a disinfection area (disinfecting rugs and hand washing) to the staff locker rooms, where they will put on their uniform and work shoes that will be laundered daily. at more than 60 ºC or with disinfectants approved against COVID-19.
Every day all our employees will undergo a temperature control and will not be able to access the Hotel if they have more than 37.5 ºC or if they have any other symptom compatible with COVID-19 (cough, respiratory distress, etc.) being immediately referred to external medical services for evaluation and testing.
All our customer service staffs, as well as any supplier or collaborator that accesses the Hotel facilities, will follow the established measures, such as disinfection and frequent hand washing and constant disinfection of contact surfaces.
All our staff have been faithfully trained and are aware of the reinforced protocols in their field of work, these protocols have been audited and approved by Bureau Veritas to achieve the seal of Global Safe Site.
Our housekeeping department, in its reinforced cleaning protocols, uses viricides endorsed by the Spanish Ministry of Health that guarantee safety and disinfection.
All kinds of unnecessary textiles and decorations have been removed in the rooms, such as cushions and plaid, and a careful cleaning control on high-contact surfaces.
Your collaboration is essential, so we detail the rules and recommendations that you must have within the establishment and to protect yourself from any unnecessary risk:
- The use of a mask in all common areas is manadotry.
- You must always maintain a safety distance of 1.5 meters with other clients, and you must not have unnecessary physical contact with Hotel employees (hugs, kisses …).
- Hands should be washed frequently with soap and water or if not possible with hydro-alcoholic gel, placed in different points of the hotel.
- Disposable face masks, gloves, tissues, and any other personal hygiene items should be throwed in your room’s wastebasket or in special containers with a lid and bag red placed at different points in common areas.
- You must respect the capacity of each area of the Hotel, the distance lines in the queues and the marked directions of circulation.
- The sunbeds have been placed in pairs respecting the safety distance of 1.5 meters. The pairs must be occupied by members of the same room. The sunbeds must be disinfected after each use and it is mandatory to place your own towel.
- Prohibited to move and / or put together sunbeds.
- It is forbidden to reserve sunbeds with towels or other objects before the allocation of sunbeds by the Hotel staff, which will begin every day at 9:45 a.m.
- You must respect the capacity of the pools.
- Cleaning and maintenance in the rooms must be done without clients inside. If any maintenance work must be done with the client inside (opening of a safe), the client must wear a mask.
- If you have a body temperature above 37.5 ºC or any other symptom compatible with COVID19 (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, etc.), you should immediately leave the pool, restaurant or other common areas and immediately go to your room with your companions and notify the reception by phone. You should not leave your room until our doctor visits you or until we notify you to transfer yourself to a health center. Anything you need will be provided by our staff in your room (food, drink …).
- You must collaborate at all times and follow the instructions of our staff. You should not joke or pretend symptoms of the disease.
- It´s not allow to smoke in all common areas
- It is mandatory to present a negative COVID-19 test at the time of check in, with the conditions and requirements established in the regulations of the Government of the Canary Islands.
